Music Video Title Cards
A motion-based design project featuring three title cards and two GIFs created for the song Where She Goes by Bad Bunny. The work explores typography, pacing, and visual mood through short-form title sequences.
Concept
This project focused on creating title card designs that respond to the tone and atmosphere of Bad Bunny’s song Where She Goes. I explored how typography, image treatment, and motion could work together to build a visual identity that felt energetic and cinematic.
The goal was to create a set of title cards that felt connected as a series while still allowing each one to have its own visual rhythm. The GIFs extended that idea by adding movement and timing, turning the static designs into short motion studies.
Process
I experimented with different layouts, type placements, and pacing to see how each title card could communicate mood quickly and clearly. The project involved balancing readability with style, especially in a format where the viewer only has a few seconds to process the design.
Through variation in scale, composition, and motion, I developed multiple title cards that work together as a set. The final GIFs helped translate those ideas into moving image form and pushed the project further into a title sequence direction.
Results
The final project combines static title card design with motion-based experimentation. Together, the pieces explore how typography and timing can create atmosphere, while keeping the visuals bold, clear, and tied to the feeling of the song.
